The Florida Contracting Premium Adjustment Program provides premium savings to employers in the construction industry who pay an average hourly wage exceeding certain thresholds.  The mandated program is designed to reduce overall labor costs.  Your agent will help you complete and file this form annually with NCCI who will calculate your premium credit percentage.
